Tomato season has just begun and I’m the happiest man in the world. What better way to celebrate than with a sexy sourdough toast? This weekend, Zikki and I went to Union Square farmer’s market and collected beautiful tomatoes in different colors. Additionally we grabbed some cilantro flowers, oregano leaves, and organic fresh Mozzarella di bufala. I brought them together on toasted piece of sourdough lathered with my Ramps butter (checkout the recipe on previous videos or on my website), freshly crushed black pepper and extra extra virgin olive oil- the taste is just out of this world! Celebrate seasonality, the flavors are at their peak!
